The City of New Orleans Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance (CZO) is available for review online.
This document will provide a road map for future
development throughout the City of New Orleans
including the development of restaurants,
grocery stores, playgrounds and parks, and
urban agriculture sites.
You can review the CZO at
www.nolamasterplan.org/. FPAC and our
partners are reviewing the CZO and plan on
developing recommendations to improve food
access and build a healthy New Orleans.
